Sabhi failed payments in categories mein hote hain:
- Funds aapke card ya wallet se debit nahin huye hain. Neeche diya gaya flowchart dikhata hai ki is problem ko kaise solve karna hai.
- Funds debit ho chuke hain lekin aapke Binomo account mein credit nahin huye hain. Neeche diya gaya flowchart dikhata hai ki is problem ko kaise solve karna hai.
Pahle maamle mein, “Transaction history” mein apne deposit ka status check karen.
Web version mein: Screen ke top right corner mein apni profile picture ko click karke menu se “Cashier” tab select karen. Phir, “Transaction history” tab par click karen.
Mobile app mein: Left side menu kholen, “Balance” section select karen.
Agar aapke deposit ka status “Pending” hai, to in steps ko follow karen:
1. Help Center ke Deposit section mein apne payment method se deposit karne ke instructions padhen aur pakka karen ki aapne sabhi steps poore kiya hain.
2. Agar aapke payment ki processing mein ek business day se zyaada time lag jaata hai, to apne bank ya digital wallet provider se contact karke pata karen ki problem kya hai.
3. Agar aapka payment provider kahta hai ki sab kuch theek hai, lekin aapke funds abhi bhi deposit nahin huye hain, to support@binomo.com par ya live chat mein hamse contact karen. Ham problem ko duur karne mein aapki madad karenge.
Agar aapke deposit ka status “Rejected” ya “Error” hai, to in steps ko follow karen:
1. Rejected deposit par click karen. Kuch maamlon mein, rejection ka reason diya gaya hoga, jaise neeche example mein dikhayaa gaya hai. (Agar reason nahin diya gaya hai ya aap nahin jaante ki problem ko kaise duur kiya jaaye, to step 4 par jaayen.)
2. Problem ko theek karen, aur apne payment method ko dobara check karen. Check karen ki ye expire nahin huaa hai, aapke account mein zaroori funds maujood hain, aur aapne apna naam aur SMS confirmation code jaisi sabhi information sahi se enter ki huyii hai. Ham ye bhi suggest karenge ki aap Help Center ke Deposit section mein apne payment method se deposit karne ke instructions ko ek baar padh len.
3. Dobara deposit karen.

Doosre maamle mein, jab funds aapke card ya wallet se debit ho chuke hain, lekin ek business day ke andar deposit nahin huye hain, hamen aapke deposit ko track karne ke liye aapka payment confirm karna hoga.
Aapke Binomo account mein aapka deposit transfer karne ke liye, in steps ko follow karen:
1. Apne payment ka confirmation collect karen. Ye bank statement ya aapke banking app ya online service ka screenshot ho sakta hai. Aapka first aur last name, card ya wallet number, payment sum, aur date saaf dikhayi dene chahiye.
2. Binomo par payment ka transaction ID collect karen. Transaction ID ke liye in steps ko follow karen:
- “Transaction history” section mein jaayen.
- Jo deposit aapke account mein debit nahin huaa hai, us par click karen.

“Copy transaction” button par click karen. Ab aap ise ek message mein paste karke hamen bhej sakte hain.
3. Payment ka confirmation aur transaction ID ko support@binomo.com par ya live chat mein hamen bhej den. Aap problem ko explain bhi kar sakte hain.
