Some of our users have issues using the Binomo app on Android devices. The app requires installing the Google Play services to work fully and correctly.
Why it happens?
Some devices are produced by companies that don’t have a license by Google, so producers don’t pre-install the company’s apps and services. Other devices can have a third-party OS installed. Consequently, device owners can’t use Google apps and services.
How to fix it?
1. Download the Google Play installation pack from Open Gapps. The package is created and proofed by the Android developers community. This website is trustworthy and doesn’t require any payment.
2. Choose the platform and the Android OS version. If you aren’t sure about your choice, check the Settings section on your device. Usually, the essential info is there
3. Choose the package type. There are several options, depending on the number of included Google apps. For example, from Open Gapps, you can download pico with a bare minimum of Google Play functionality
4. Reboot your device and install the package in recovery mode. Sadly, we can’t provide detailed information for this step because it depends on your device's features. Should you need help, check the FAQ.
When the package is installed, your Binomo app will become completely functional. Re-installation isn’t required.
Can I skip the installation?
Yes, of course. The app will still be available with existing limitations.
