When you see a “Failed” status when withdrawing funds, it means that the problem with your transaction happened from the payment provider’s side. There are two possible reasons for this problem:
- You applied incorrect payment details.
- Technical difficulties on the payment provider’s side.
In some cases, you can find an error description in the “Cashier” section, “Transaction history” tab (“Balance” section for the mobile app users). But payment providers don’t always indicate the reason for the problem.
