1. In the traderoom, click the “Deposit” button in the top right corner of the screen. Choose your country and the payment method you’ve decided to make a deposit with.
2. Enter your deposit amount, scroll down, enter additional information if needed and click “Deposit”.
3. Enter your name and surname, then choose the document type (CURP, passport, INE or RFC), fill in its number and the email.
4. Click on the “Siguiente” button and get the payment form.
5. There you can see all the information that should be used for making a deposit to the account, such as the barcode and the reference number. The barcode has an expiration date, so you need to complete the payment before it expires. Note: this form does not indicate the successful payment. The money is not credited to your account yet.
6. Save the payment form on your device or print it.
7. Go to the store and scan the code at the cashier. You will get the bill with the payment details indicated.
8. You will receive an email confirming the payment was completed within 24 hours.
