If you want to create a new account or plan to take a break from trading, we recommend blocking your account. You can only block your account in the web version of the platform.
- Click on your profile picture, and then click the “Profile” section.
- At the bottom of the page, click “Block account”.
- Enter your password and click “Block account”.
Note. If you’re not planning on unblocking your account for longer than 30 days, make sure to withdraw all funds from your real account. Otherwise, the subscription fee will be charged.
When you want to return, you can unblock your account by contacting us at support@binomo.com. Make sure to send the unblocking request from the email that was registered in your account.
