If you want to create a new account or plan to take a break from trading, we recommend blocking your account. You can block your account independently from the web version or application.
For web version users:

Click on your profile picture, and then click the “Profile” section.

At the bottom of the page, click “Block account”.
- Enter your password and click “Block account”.
For mobile app users:
In the below right corner after opening the menu, click on "Delete account".
After you block your account, a message will appear stating that the account has been deleted.
Note. If you’re not planning on unblocking your account for longer than 90 days, make sure to withdraw all funds from your real account. Otherwise, the subscription fee will be charged.
When you want to return, you can unblock your account by contacting us at support@binomo.com. Make sure to send the unblocking request from the email that was registered in your account.
