I forgot my password, what do I do?

If you can’t remember your password, you can always access the platform by creating a new one.

Please note!

• Your password should be at least 6 characters long and it must contain letters and numbers;
• "Password" and "Confirm Password" fields should match.

For web version users:

1. Click “Forgot my password” in the “Login” section.
   
2. Enter the email your account is registered to and click “Send”.
   
3. You’ll receive a password recovery letter, open it and click the button.
   
4. Enter your new password!

For mobile app users: 

1. Click “Log in”.
   
2. Click “Reset password”. Enter the email your account is registered to and click “Reset password”.
   
3. You’ll receive a password recovery letter, open it and click the button. Create a new password.
   

Note. If you haven’t received the password recovery letter, make sure you’ve entered the correct email and check the spam folder.
