There are 2 cases when the bonus with trading turnover can be canceled:
- You activated a bonus but haven’t made any trades on your real account since it was credited. In this case, contact us at support@binomo.com, and we will cancel it for you.
- Your account balance dropped lower than the amount of a minimum trade ($1). In this case, the bonus and trading turnover for it will be automatically canceled.
If your bonus wasn’t automatically canceled when the balance of your real account became lower than the minimum investment amount, please contact us at support@binomo.com.
